10.—(1) Where a case is F2... sent for trial F3... to the Crown Court, the payment in relation to work carried out in the magistrates' court is included within the applicable fee payable under Schedule 1 or Schedule 2.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply where the case is remitted to a magistrates' court.
