9.—(1) Regulation 6 of the Charges Regulations (supply of drugs and appliances at walk-in centres) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (1) and (5), omit “, Primary Care Trust”;
(3) In paragraph (3), omit “or Primary Care Trust”.
(4) In paragraph (5), after “on the form” insert “approved by the Secretary of State and”.
