Amendment to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 U.K.

37.—(1) The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 5(2) for sub-paragraph (j) substitute—

“(j) a recognised investment exchange, a recognised clearing house, an EEA central counterparty or a third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and”.
