16.—(1) The Reserve Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In rule A.1(4) (interpretation: general)—
(a)omit the definition of “additional paternity leave”;
(b)in the definition of “ordinary paternity leave” omit the word “ordinary”.
(3) In rule A.3 (meaning of “assumed pay”), in paragraph (2)(d) omit the words “ordinary paternity leave or on paid additional”.
These Regulations have been amended by the Reserve Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2006, the Reserve Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2009 and the Reserve Forces Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
