A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(2)(b) and (c), (6) and (8), 15, 16(1), 17(1) and (2), 18(2)(c), (3) and (4), 21, 23(1), (4) and (5), 24(1) to (3) and (4)(a), 25(1), (2), (4) and (6), 27(1) and (3), 28(3)(c) and (d), (4)(c) and (d) and (5), 29, 30(2)(a) and (3) to (5), 31(3)(a) and (b) and (5), 32(5), 33(1) and (6), 35(1), 38, 41, 42(1) and (2), 43(2) of, and paragraph 1(1)(c) of Schedule 5 to, the Defence Reform Act 2014 M1, makes the following Regulations:
