3. The following provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 come into force on 6th April 2014—
(a)section 60 (listed buildings in England: agreements and orders granting listed building consent);
(b)section 61 (listed buildings in England: certificates of lawfulness);
(c)section 66 (Equality Act 2010(): obtaining information for proceedings);
(d)Schedule 16 (local listed building consent orders: procedure); and
(e)paragraphs 11 and 14 to 19 of Schedule 17 (consequential amendments to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990()) and section 63 so far as relating to those paragraphs.
