2.—(1) The Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 (applicable amounts)—
(a)in column (2) of the Table in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (3)(b) for “£82.50” substitute “£78.15”;
(b)in paragraph 3 for “£17.40” substitute “£17.45”.
