8. The Estate Agents (Entry and Inspection) Regulations 1981() are revoked.
Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003U.K.
9. In Article 63 of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003() (general restrictions on disclosure of information) after paragraph 4(f) insert—
“(fa)for the purpose of facilitating the performance by the lead enforcement authority (as defined in section 33(1) of the Estate Agents Act 1979) of any of its functions under the Estate Agents Act 1979;”.
Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006U.K.
10. In Article 265 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006() (restriction on disclosure of information) after paragraph (3)(k) insert—
“(ka)for the purpose of facilitating the performance by the lead enforcement authority (as defined in section 33(1) of the Estate Agents Act 1979) of any of its functions under the Estate Agents Act 1979;”.
Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009U.K.
11. At the end of Schedule 1 to the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009() (specified public authorities) after “the Scottish Housing Regulator”, insert—
“; the lead enforcement authority (as defined in section 33(1) of the Estate Agents Act 1979) exercising functions under the Estate Agents Act 1979”.

12. At the end of Schedule 1 to the Overseas Companies Regulations 2009() (specified public authorities), after “the Scottish Housing Regulator” insert—
