Amendment to Schedule 2B (Land criteria)

10.—(1) Schedule 2B is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 3, omit sub-paragraph (b).

(3) In paragraph 12—

(a) in paragraph (c), after “highly biodiverse grassland”, insert “unless the harvesting is necessary to preserve the grassland status”; and

(b) omit sub-paragraph (f).
