Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Prescription of Drugs etc) Regulations 2004 E+W

1.  In the National Health Service (General Medical Service Contracts) (Prescription of Drugs etc) Regulations 2004 M1 , in Schedule 2 (drugs, medicines and other substances that may be ordered only in certain circumstances: interpretation)—

(a) for the definition of “general medical practitioner” substitute—

““general medical practitioner” has the meaning given in regulation 3 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015;”, and

(b) for the definition of “patient” substitute—

““patient” has the meaning given in regulation 3 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015;”.
