Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975

3.  In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation) of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975(1), in the definition of “shared additional pension” after “section 55A” insert “or 55AA”(2).
