Amendment to fees for registration as a firearms dealer

3.—(1) Section 35 of the 1968 Act(1) (fee for registration and renewal as a firearms dealer) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), for “£150” substitute “£200”.

(3) In subsection (1A), for “£12” substitute “£13”.

(4) In subsection (3), for “£150” substitute “£200”.
