Administration Regulations: further amendment

23.  In regulation 1(2) (interpretation) of the Administration Regulations, in the definition of “relevant multi-employer scheme”(1)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert “or”; and

(b) omit paragraph (c) and the word “or” immediately preceding it.
