PART 11 U.K. CAPACITY SERVING MEASURES

Requirements for use for trade U.K.

40.  No person shall use for trade a capacity serving measure unless—

(a) it is compliant with the essential requirements;

(b) the requirements of 41 are complied with; and

(c) it does not bear any decorations or designs which may cause confusion in use.
