Amendment of the Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007 E+W

76.  For regulation 16 of the Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007 M1 , substitute—

“The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011

16.   The reference to a waste management plan in regulation 7 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 M2 includes a waste management plan made under this Part.”.
