The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 57 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 04 March 2025. 57. In regulation 2(1) of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 M1, in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
