16.—(1) The Energy Act 2004 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 10(2)(b) M2, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
(3) In section 37(7) M3, in the definition of “radioactive waste”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
