Amendment to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984

4.  The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984(1) is amended as follows.

1984 c. 60. Section 80(7) was amended by sections 139 of, and paragraph 28 of Schedule 6 to, the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42).
