Revocation of amending instruments

2.  The following are revoked—

(a) the following provisions of the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2015(1)—

(i) regulations 1(2)(b) (commencement) and 2(2) (transitional provision), and

(ii) subject to regulation 3, Part 3 (amendments coming into force on 1st April 2016) and Schedules 4 to 13;

(b) the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration etc.) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2015(2).
