7.  In section 35, after subsection (1A), insert— E+W+S

“(1B) A person guilty of an offence under section 10(2), as applied by regulation 4(1) of the [F2 Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements)] (England) Regulations 2016, is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine.”
