2. In section 33(13) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 M1, for “Annex I or II of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste” substitute “ Annex I or II of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on waste M2 ”.
