3.—(1) The Padstow Harbour Revision Order 1987(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 26 (moorings etc.), in paragraph (8)—
(a)for “Paragraph 23 of the telecommunications code” substitute “Part 10 of the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”;
(b)for “telecommunication apparatus” substitute “electronic communications apparatus”.
