19. In Schedule 2 to the Marine Strategy Regulations 2010 (enactments in relation to which duty in regulation 4 applies)(1), for the entry “The Conservation of Natural Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute—
“The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
