39. In Schedule 2 to the Central Bedfordshire Council (Woodside Link Houghton Regis) Development Consent Order 2014 (requirements) M1, in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 5 (landscape and ecology), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute—
““European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 (European protected species of animals) and 46 (European protected species of plants) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.”.
