Amendment of the Land Registration Rules 2003: Schedule 4

3.—(1) Schedule 4 of the Land Registration Rules 2003(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In form W—

(a) omit (a);

(b) in (b) for “any other” substitute “a”; and

(c) before “to that disposition” insert “where consent”; and

(d) for “under” substitute “is required by”.

(3) In form X—

(a) omit (a);

(b) in (b) for “any other” substitute “a”;

(c) before “to that disposition” insert “where consent”; and

(d) for “under” substitute “is required by”.

(4) In form Y omit—

(a) “or private registered provider of social housing”; and

(b) “(as modified, in the case of a private registered provider of social housing, by section 179 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008)”(2).

(5) In form KK—

(a) after “lease”, insert “of property in Wales”;

(b) omit “[choose whichever bulleted clause is appropriate]”; and

(c) omit “the Regulator of Social Housing”.

Schedule 4 was substituted by rule 4 of S.I. 2008/1919 and forms W, X, Y and KK were substituted by paragraphs 31 and 33 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2010/671.
