PART 4 U.K. Transitional provisions

Interpretation of Part U.K.

13.—(1) In this Part—

“the 1986 Act” means the Insolvency Act 1986;

“the 2009 Act” means the Banking Act 2009; and

“commencement date” means the date on which these Regulations come into force.

(2) In this Part, unless otherwise specified, a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the 1986 Act.
