12.—(1) Regulation 17 (additional requirements relating to the Habitats Regulations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)for “39, 41 or 43” substitute “41, 43 or 45”;
(b)for “44” substitute “53”.
(3) In paragraph (6) for “2(1)” substitute “3(1)”.
