Marginal Citations
M1In relation to the reference in section 35(1) to “a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale”, see section 85(1) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c. 10). Section 35(1) is amended by paragraph 42 of Schedule 26 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44) from a date to be appointed. Section 35(2) was amended by S.I. 2015/664.
