Scope of the 2014 Order

18.  In article 3 (scope of the Order)—

(a) in paragraph (1), after “the Crown Court” insert “, or by enabling an enforcement authority to obtain unexplained wealth orders and interim freezing orders from the High Court in England and Wales.”;

(b) omit paragraph (4).
