64.—(1) Regulation 150 (transitional and saving provisions: authorised payment institutions) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit—
(a)the words from “, or the national law” to “first payment services directive,”;
(b)the words from “or (in the case” to the end.
(3) Omit paragraph (5).
