1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Transit Procedures (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) They come into force on such day as the Treasury may by regulations appoint(1).
Under section 52(2) of the Taxation (Cross-border) Trade Act 2018 (c. 22), section 52(1) of which provides that “relevant subordinate legislation” for these purposes includes any subordinate legislation made under that Act and within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30).
