Amendment of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008

6.  For paragraph 1(e)(iii) of Schedule 3 to the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008(1), substitute—

“(iii) vehicles covered by Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles(2) as it may be amended from time to time;”.
