There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4.
4.—(1) The specified fee in 20.4.1 in Table 20 is payable by the person who is required by section 42 of the 1981 Act M1 to make a citizenship oath and pledge at a citizenship ceremony.
(2) Where the fee for the arrangement of a citizenship ceremony is not paid in accordance with sub-paragraph (1), the Secretary of State may not consider the related application for registration or naturalisation made by the person responsible for paying that fee.
