30.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Merchant Shipping (Hours of Work) Regulations 2002 M1 , except for regulation 21 and Schedule 2;

(b) the Merchant Shipping (Hours of Work) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 M2 ; and

(c) the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Hours of Work) (Amendments) Regulations 2014 M3 , except for regulation 3 and the Schedule.
