18.  In paragraph 6(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Iraq (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2012 (application of information provisions) M1 for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
