SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001

Insertion of new article 2A

2.  After article 2 (interpretation) insert—

“Application to nursing associates

2A.   The provisions of this Order that apply to nursing associates, and only to the extent that they apply to nursing associates, apply in respect of England only.”.
