13.—(1) The Swine Vesicular Disease Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 21(1)(a)(ii), for “intra-Community trade” substitute “ trade to the EU ”.
(3) For regulation 37(4) substitute—
“(4) An inspector may be accompanied by such other persons as the inspector considers necessary.”.
