5.—(1) The Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies and Animal By-Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2—

(a)in paragraph (2)(b)—

(i)in the substituted text of paragraph 1A, in points (b) and (c), insert “ the ” before “Welsh Ministers” and “Scottish Ministers”, respectively;
