Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Financing, Management and Monitoring Supplementary Provisions) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
3.—(1) The Common Agricultural Policy (Financing, Management and Monitoring Supplementary Provisions) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)for paragraph (4)(a) substitute—
“(a)omit paragraph 3;”;
(b)after paragraph (6) insert—
“(6A) In Annex 4, for “Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013” substitute “Article 1a of Regulation (EU) No 1370/2013”.”;
(c)after paragraph (8)(a)(i)(aa) insert—
“(aaa)for “Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013” substitute “Article 1a of Regulation (EU) No 1370/2013”;”;
(d)for paragraph (8)(a)(iii) substitute—
“(iii)in the third subparagraph—
(aa)for “the EAGF”, in both places it occurs, substitute “direct payments and CMO support”;

(3) For regulation 4(10) substitute—

(4) In regulation 5—

(b)after paragraph (42)(b) insert—

(5) In regulation 6(5)(b)(iv)(dd), in the omitted text, omit “apply”.
