In Article 35A (trade repositories) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1), in paragraph (2) for “Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019” substitute “Over the Counter Derivatives, Central Counterparties and Trade Repositories (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) (No.2) Regulations 2019”.
