108. In rule E.2(3)(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005(1), after “civil partnership, or” insert “prior to the date on which the Civil Partnership (Opposite-sex Couples) Regulations 2019 came into force”.
