1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Enforcement) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

2.   In these Regulations—

“the 2002 Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;

“the 2020 Regulations” means the Consumer Protection (Enforcement) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2020.]
