52.—(1) The Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 M13 are amended as follows.

(2) After regulation 2(3) M14 insert—

(4) In regulation 15(8)(a) M16, omit “or another EEA State”.

They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
