Amendment of Part 61

11.  In rule 61.2, in paragraph (3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “list” substitute “Court”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), after the semi-colon, insert “or”; and

(c) omit sub-paragraph (c).
