1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.

(3) Schedule 3 (which amends the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 M3) has effect.
