PART 2 Amendments to the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995

Amendment of regulation G10

14.—(1) Regulation G10 (surviving civil partner’s pension) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2), omit “Subject to paragraph (3),”.

(3) Omit paragraphs (3), (4) and (5).
