Amendment of regulation 3.A.3

60.  In regulation 3.A.3 (meaning of “pensionable service”), in paragraph (2), in sub-paragraph (c), in paragraph (i)—

(a) for “55(2)” substitute “55”;

(b) after “Act”, insert “or article 3 of the 2016 Order”.
