21.—(1) Article 27 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In the heading, for “the Union” substitute “the United Kingdom.

(3) In paragraph 1, for “the Union” substitute “the United Kingdom.

(4) Omit paragraph 3.

(5) In paragraph 4, for “supervisory authorities” substitute “ the Commissioner ”.
