There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 17.
17.—(1) Section 14 is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (1)—
(a)for “GDPR” (in both places) substitute “ UK GDPR ”;
(b)for “authorised by law” substitute “ required or authorised under the law of the United Kingdom or a part of the United Kingdom ”.
(3) In subsections (3)(c), (5) and (6) (in both places), for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
