33.—(1) Section 25 is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (1)—
(a)for “the applied GDPR” substitute “ the UK GDPR ”;
(b)for “this Chapter” substitute “ the UK GDPR ”;
(c)for “section 21(2)” substitute “ Article 2(1A) ”.
(3) In subsection (2)(a) and (b), omit “of the applied GDPR”.
